Your information
Privacy policy
This policy describes how Cacha Sign handles information in the app and on these support pages.
Information used in the app
Cacha Sign processes PDFs you choose, signature and stamp images you draw or import, custom text, document names, dates, and language preferences to provide signing and library features. These items are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not send this content to Cacha servers.
Local digital signing
Digital signing creates a device-protected private key, a local self-signed certificate, and digital proof containing the certificate, hashes, signing date, and cryptographic signature. The key is protected in Secure Enclave when available, or in Keychain, and does not synchronize or migrate to another device. The certificate and proof may be included in files you choose to share.
Face ID, Touch ID, and device passcode
Authentication is handled by iOS. Cacha Sign receives the authentication result and does not access your facial or fingerprint data or learn your device passcode. Learn how Apple handles biometric authentication.
Sharing and external services
You choose whether to export or share files, which app or storage provider to use, and who receives them. Exported PDFs may contain personal information and visual signatures. Those copies are governed by the destination service and are not removed when you delete an item from Cacha Sign. Device backups are governed by your iOS settings; Cacha Sign does not provide its own synchronization service.
Advertising and analytics
This version of Cacha Sign contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell your documents or signature information or use it for targeted advertising.
Support emails
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate the issue, and follow up, retaining it as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Avoid sending private documents or signature images when they are not necessary.
Your choices
You can delete documents, signatures, and stamps from their libraries, manage authentication permissions in iOS Settings, and choose which files to share. Delete exported copies separately in their destination app or service. For questions about support correspondence or this policy, write to CachaDigital@outlook.com.

The site stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage. We have not added advertising cookies or our own analytics to these pages. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to serve and protect the site under its own service policies. Opening email or external links uses the selected service.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the app’s features or information practices change. The current policy and its update date will remain available here.
